So far this has been the best property management company I have ever rented from. From the very beginning they helped make moving apartments easy peasy and even helped changing my address and setting up utilities. Today I had maintenance out to fix one of the blinds that was broken upon move in. Rob Jones was wonderful and made quick work of the replacement and showed up right at the beginning of the time window. Fortunately while he was here I noticed an issue with a light switch which he also replaced. Highly recommend RPA properties.

Barbara Hartley from RPA has managed our condo association for about five years. They seem to hire only really well qualified service personnel. Today Travis an electrician came to our place to replace some emergency lighting that a previous management company had overlooked. Jarith recently completed maintenance on my apartment for the doors and the faucet. The handles were not completely closing and he quickly adjusted the latches so I can feel more secure. The sink proved to be a challenge and he had to get new equipment to dislodge the old faucet for which the screws were not coming undone. With humour and strength it eventually came out and he was able to quickly replace the faucet with a shiny new one that has a jet. I appreciated his persistence and patience with the work and he completed a quick and efficient job that has improved my quality of life in the apartment. Thank you!

I have rented from RPA for the past 3.5 years and I can definitely recommend them as a rental management company. Mason has been my property manager for the bulk of my time renting and he has always been attentive and friendly. Their whole team has been nice to work with. Recently my hot water went out and Toby came by first thing in the morning to fix it. Luckily the pilot light just needed to be re-lit on the hot water heater. Nonetheless Toby was friendly helpful fun to talk to and showed me how to do it for the future. The rental market can be tough out there but I’ve had a great experience with RPA.

Our garbage disposal decided it was time to retire late on Friday evening. Jarith was able to fit us into his schedule by Monday morning which honestly was shocking! He was so efficient so professional has a huge amount of knowledge in both plumbing and electrical and as an added bonus is a great conversationalist. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one in under 15 minutes. Probably would've been much faster if I wasn't busy asking a bunch of questions. So far RPA has been great. Our property is well maintained if ever anything wears out they are quick to respond and fix the problem. Our property manager Meghan is super responsive is hilarious and is an all around joy to work with as well.

I received a reply right away with a maintenance date of a week out (it wasn't urgent). Rob Jones was my technician and he was awesome! Today on May 12 my wife was vacuuming the house and the power went out. I check the circuit breakers but the power would not come back on.
