Our Team

Barbara came to RPA in 2014 with over 25 years of property management experience. Within Barbara's business career, she has focused primarily on HOA's and commercial properties but it well-versed in residential management as well. Barbara holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and is also a member of the Belltown Business Association. Barbara is married, with a family of four, and is a lifelong resident of Lake Forest Park.

Barbara currently manages our HOA consisting of 95 condominium units. In our 2+ years together, I have found her to be responsive, thorough, and very fair. Thank you for your work. John S.

Kathy began her career at RPA in 2004 as a Real Estate Agent with an interest in making a transition into property management. Presently she manages a large portfolio of residential properties with the help of her husband and assistant, Rick Lehman.

Kathy and Rick pride themselves on their high attention to detail and diligence in placing great tenants. Their passion for their profession is reflected in the exceptional service provided to their clients.

Kathy and Rick are both lifelong residents of the Seattle area and have two grown sons who both live close by.

Meet Molly Schwarz of the Real Property Associates team of Seattle property managers. She assists Mason Friedline and his portfolio of Seattle area properties as the owner liaison in addition to supervising the well-staffed leasing team.

Molly comes from an interesting background in communication, psychology, and counseling, and is currently taking on her real estate license. Meeting the needs of the team, tenants, and owners is her primary goal! In her free time, she enjoys being outside and adventuring with her dogs.

Joey Ehrbar is a leasing agent at RPA who grew up in Edmonds Washington. Joey assists Kathy Lehman and her portfolio of properties. He loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys the outdoors.

Lisa joined Real Property Associates with over 15 years of experience in the property management industry and 22 years in customer service. Over the years, she has obtained and mastered a wide variety of skills that help her excel as a property manager. Driven by her passion for working closely with owners and residents, Lisa's work ethic and optimism help her achieve positive results. She has developed a sharp eye for detail and a desire to make systems, processes, and people work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

With knowledge and a prior background in construction, she has gained expertise in maintenance and repairs. This knowledge combined with her creativity often times helps her find ways to minimize expenses. Above all, Lisa genuinely cares about building a relationship with her owners and residents and providing them with the support, tools, and resources they need.

Lisa and her daughter moved to Washington in 2000 from Orlando, Florida, and currently reside in Edmonds. She recently rescued a dog from Costa Rica and enjoys snowboarding, live music, and sitting on the beach with her family.

She specializes in managing residential properties in North King and South Snohomish Counties

Meet Jose Gutierrez of the Real Property Associates team of  Seattle property managers. Jose assists Molly Schwarz in the leasing of rent ready properties. 

Maddy Weeks assists Molly Schwarz in the leasing department. She relocated to Seattle from Maryland in May of 2023, driving across the country. Maddy attended the University of Maryland, College Park, studying Public Health. 

Max joined RPA in 2016 and currently manages a portfolio of single family homes, condominium units and small apartment complexes. Prior to becoming a property manager at RPA, Max was an on-site business manager of multi-family communities. He has over 10 years of experience managing properties ranging from tax credit, MFTE, conventional, and brand new lease ups.

Max is highly organized with outstanding analytical and problem solving proficiency. He has proven customer service skills and is excellent at communicating with great attention to detail.

Max was born in Russia and moved to Seattle 20 years ago. He is bilingual and fluently speaks, reads and writes in Russian. Max has a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Management and Operations.

Tony joined RPA in 1992. He currently manages a large, variety of properties. Tony has worked in all phases of real estate, including sales, marketing, distressed and foreclosure property research and acquisition, and property management.

Tony attended Shorewood High School and graduated in 1987 from the University of Washington with a B.A. in urban development. He played football for the Huskies and he was a member of the 1984 Washington squad that finished the season with a record of 11-1 and defeated Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. The 1984 team was inducted into the Husky Hall of Fame in 2016.

Liv McCoy is a Tacoma native, who has moved north to expand her skill set in the Property Management field. She is a passionate and creative professional who is driven to help her tenants.

She has two small dogs and loves spending time at home with them.

Amanze is a recent graduate of Western Washington University. He now works with the MN Team as a Vacant Unit Turn Coordinator, assisting Toby Clarkson and Mason Friedline. 

In his free time, Amanze loves being outdoors, attending festivals or shows, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Amy Berroteran has been with Real Property Associates since 2022. She works with new owners, making sure their properties are swiftly transferred to RPA and our systems. 

Amy graduated in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the city of Seattle. 

Meet Amber Garniss of the Real Property Associates team of Seattle Property Managers. Amber assists Meghan Weinberg and her portfolio of properties. 

Arron K Renfrew started his Real Estate Career under the wing of his father and mother who invested in Real Estate from the Time Arron was a small boy in Issaquah WA.  He worked with his father maintaining properties and learning the value of Real Estate

Then after Graduating from the University of Washington.  Arron entered the very different world of Seattle Real Estate.  It is there that he has taken the skills and life lessons he learned from his father and has applied them to helping others and building a very successful Real Estate Career.

Arron Renfrew is known in the industry for being highly motivated and a high achiever.  Arron's key to success is growth and helping people achieve their dreams and goals.

Meet Toby Clarkson of the Real Property Associates team of property managers. Toby works with Mason Freidline as a Vacant Unit Lead. 

Remarks:

Rick joined RPA in 2013. He currently assists his wife Kathy overseeing a large portfolio of residential properties. Prior to joining RPA, Rick worked in the fishing industry for many years.

Rick has great organizational skills and demonstrates tremendous commitment to both owners and tenants.

Rick and Kathy were born and raised in the Seattle area. They have two grown sons that live nearby.

Meet Dominic Montello, a leasing agent with the Real Property Associates team of property managers. Dominic works with Arron Renfrew to lease vacant properties in their portfolio.

Meghan joined RPA in the fall of 2007 and now manages a portfolio of residential rental properties ranging from private residential homes to multi-family complexes. Before becoming an account manager, she spent time in different departments, mastering all different aspects of property management; bookkeeping, maintenance, legal aspects, tenant relations, etc. She believes in a strong owner—manager relationship and can help create a management style that fits the needs of the client.Meghan’s experience has made her one of RPA’s senior managers. Meghan grew up in Wisconsin, and is married with two children.

Tina is a NW native and joined Real Property Associates in early 2002.

Prior to coming to RPA, Tina had over 12 years work experience in various areas of the rental and real estate industry. Tina’s vast experiences and knowledge serve as a solid foundation for her success as a property manager. She excels in placing the best possible tenant and resolving issues efficiently and effectively for her clients.

Tina lives in Lake Forest Park, where she enjoys raising her son and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys snow skiing, camping, hiking, and boating.

Jace Grew up locally in Mill Creek Washington, attending high school at Kings High School in Shoreline, WA. He went on to study Business at Grand Canyon University. He spent 4 years in Phoenix before graduating and moving back to the greater Seattle area.

Jace’s favorite sports teams include the Seahawks, the Mariners, the Washington State Cougars, and of course the Grand Canyon University Lopes. He is excited to start the next chapter in his life.

Shannah started her career with RPA in 2018 as a bookkeeping assistant until she was Promoted to the Tenant Relations Lead under Mason Friedline where she supervises her team's communication with tenants. She prides her team on their tenacious communication skills to provide high-value customer service to tenants and their ability to develop strong healthy relationships

Outside of work, Shannah spends most of her time at the gym and studying for her Real Estate license. She has a passion for sports and enjoys watching games with her family.

Victoria has been at RPA since 2004 and currently manages a large portfolio of single family homes, condominium units and small apartment complexes. Prior to becoming a property manager at RPA, Victoria spent time in many different departments learning about all of the different aspects of property management including bookkeeping, working with the maintenance department and tenant relations.

Victoria has excellent relational skills and prides herself on her responsiveness to owners and tenants. No detail is ever small enough to not get Victoria’s undivided attention.

Victoria grew up in Shoreline, is a graduate of Shorecrest High School and currently lives in Shoreline with her family. She is an active member of her local Neighborhood association and coaches youth soccer.
