I have rented from RPA for the past 3.5 years and I can definitely recommend them as a rental management company. Mason has been my property manager for the bulk of my time renting and he has always been attentive and friendly. Their whole team has been nice to work with. Recently my hot water went out and Toby came by first thing in the morning to fix it. Luckily the pilot light just needed to be re-lit on the hot water heater. Nonetheless Toby was friendly helpful fun to talk to and showed me how to do it for the future. The rental market can be tough out there but I’ve had a great experience with RPA.

Our garbage disposal decided it was time to retire late on Friday evening. Jarith was able to fit us into his schedule by Monday morning which honestly was shocking! He was so efficient so professional has a huge amount of knowledge in both plumbing and electrical and as an added bonus is a great conversationalist. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one in under 15 minutes. Probably would've been much faster if I wasn't busy asking a bunch of questions. So far RPA has been great. Our property is well maintained if ever anything wears out they are quick to respond and fix the problem. Our property manager Meghan is super responsive is hilarious and is an all around joy to work with as well.

Today on May 12 my wife was vacuuming the house and the power went out. I check the circuit breakers but the power would not come back on.
